Shadi is an incredibly talented photographer. I hired her for my first ever photo shoot. Shadi was so helpful in every step of the process. She provided some helpful advice on what outfits to bring. During the shoot, she was great in getting me comfortable and to get me in the poses that fit me best. I was so happy with how the photos turned out. My mom loved them and even hung the prints around her home.

My review is long overdue, however it's never too late. I hired Shadi for my wedding photography, and I am very happy with my decision. Knowing that it's only one day in your life it's a huge responsibility to take on and Shadi gracefully took it. She was professional and very kind and attentive during the day. Knowing how stressed I was she suggested poses or even asked for my opinion about how I would like it. Not many photographers took upon themselves to hear let alone ask for suggestions. Shadi didn't take long to get the pictures to me. And she was again very friendly and professional in asking if I liked them or if I wanted to change anything about it. I only had to ask her to change one of my pictures for me just because I didn't like the way my eyes looked like, she had no problem with fixing it! For people who want good quality, professional and economical photographer for their big day I suggest Shadi. She is remarkable and I wish her all the best and success in the future.

This review is long overdue and honestly what I write here will probably not do Shadi's work justice. I have shot with many photographers, including Shadi a few times, and I must say after my session/photos with Shadi I have never looked for another photographer nor recommend another one to my family and friends. Shadi has mastered the art of photography! She has an eye for detail/angles and will capture moments that you have a hard time believing is real. You can see the passion in her eyes and in the way she approaches her work. She's a professional and will put in the effort to make this as an amazing experience for you as it is for her! You will truly be amazed with your photos, I genuinely loved every single shot that she took of me. Not to mention, she so fun to be around! :) that's always an added bonus in every person you hire. She will make you feel at ease, she's super friendly and you will have overall postivie experience. I HIGHLY recommend Shadi, she will exceed your expectations on every level! p.s. you know someone is a great photographer when you hand them your cell phone to take a picture of you and it turns out to be the one of the best photos you've ever taken! I am not kidding, this really happened. Thank you Shadi for always giving me a great experience and top notch photos!! :)

Shadi is AMAZING!!! I was in need of professional headshots and graduation pictures with only a 2 week window to have the photoshoot. I decided to contact Shadi after she was recommended to me by a friend. I sent her a detailed email explaining what I wanted for my shoot and within a day or two she followed up via phone and email. During our consultation, I provided her with examples of the poses/style I wanted to shoot and she thoroughly explained the services and photo packages she provided. My ultimate concern was pricing but Shadi had a package within my budget. The photoshoot session was fun and went smoothly. Shadi made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. She provided instruction for posing during the shoot and made sure to take pictures in the poses I requested. At the beginning of the shoot I mentioned I have curly hair and never wear it straight and was concerned about my hair cooperating during the shoot. Shadi gave me a heads up when my hair was starting to frizz or was out of place. The fact that she actually cared to be aware of my hair meant a great deal to me. The proofs from the shoot were available less than a week after the shoot day. Shadi took soooo many great pictures during the session that it was hard to narrow them down for my package. I can't wait to get my edited photos back! You cannot go wrong with Shadi. She is professional, talented, personable and takes great pictures. I will definitely keep her in mind for future photography needs.

Shadi is not the cheapest photographer in SD. However, she is worth EVERY PENNY. My jaw dropped when I saw my boudoir photos! Bonus: she made every effort to make me feel right at home hanging out with her in a fancy hotel room in my skivvies! It turned out to be an empowering and FUN experience! Thanks, Shadi! I will definitely hire you again!

Shadi's skills in catching the right light and right moment we're spot on! She was thoroughly prepared with poses and locations within balboa park where we had our engagement shoot. She was also un bothered by the amount of traffic passing through just about every spot she shot us and kept a very professional attitude. My fiancé and I were very impressed with her abilities. The pictures came out just as magical as the moments she caught. Highly recommended photography.

Awesome photographer!
This is the first time I have ever relaxed when having my photo taken! Shadi was wonderful making me relax and still capturing my best look.
It was so fun that I want to do it again but I don't need to- the photos were better than I have ever had.

I had a destination wedding in La Jolla a month ago and Shadi was our photographer. She's an impressive, professional photographer who did an outstanding job capturing our special day. I shopped around for a photographer (reviews, portfolios, costs, experience, etc) for about four months and Shadi was our #1 pick. All our communication was through email and I was impressed with her quick response time. I sent her all my ideas and she was able to capture all the shots that I had requested. Our pictures were returned to us in a timely manner and her passion for photography was definitely exemplified through our awe-inspiring pictures!
